1. Agreement to Terms

2. Use of the Service & Acceptable Use
Varentis provides education reporting, structured data, and a reporting course, as described on our Services page. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and not to misrepresent, redistribute for resale, or reverse-engineer any reports, datasets, or course materials without our written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All reports, datasets, workbooks, and course materials produced by Varentis remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Subscribers and course participants receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal or organisational reference, not for resale or public redistribution.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing to a plan or enrolling in the course, and to keep any account credentials confidential. You are responsible for how you use the information contained in our reports and datasets.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our reports and datasets are compiled from published official sources and represent our best reading of that material at the time of publication; we do not guarantee that every underlying source is free of error. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Varentis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on our reports or services.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kwara State, Nigeria.
